You and We are dealing at arms' length, creating a commercial relationship. We are not Your Agent or Your fiduciary. All of Our network members are independent business owners. They manage and operate their own facilities, and they are the employers of all employees and contractors who work at their facilities. These individuals are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms. All music teachers are independent and not under the employment of Musicschool.com or Musicschool, Inc. and as such all transactions between them and any client, customer, music student or individual is at your own risk.

Musicschool.com makes no warranties, promises or guarantees as to the results by using the services of "find a teacher" either to members of the network or visitors to the website. Musicschool.com is not liable to any person or persons for any inaccuracy.

The provisions and conditions of these Terms, and each obligation referenced herein, represent the entire Agreement between Us (including the Providers), Our affiliated or related entities, and You, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings not incorporated herein. In the event that any inconsistencies exist between these Terms and any future published terms of use or understanding, the last published Terms shall prevail.
